1.高中英语教学计划课件
一、如何杜绝对话课变成回答问题课。
在我校的英语课堂上，每位老师带入课堂的是精心制作的课件，和精心编织好的任务链，一些英语口语较好的学生，能轻松地完成老师布置的各项任务，而另一些学生常常无法用英语说出一段话，有的甚至听不懂老师的课堂用语，上课时老师不得不通过提问不断地启发，这样的一问一答，往往影响了整体性的教学内容，把对话化为回答，表面是师生的对话，是互动，而实质上学生仍然是“听从”。新课程的课堂教学强调“对话”，而不是“满堂问”，因此如何提高学生英语的口头表达能力是当前我校英语教师面临的一大难题。
二、如何杜绝合作学习有形式而无实质。
在课堂教学中，教师要求课堂小组合作学习，可是在有些班级中，有的学生不参与讨论，有的参与小组合作了，却一言不发，代表小组发言的往往是那几个人。课后，我们也尝试布置了一些要求小组成员共同完成的作业，可最终有的小组由成绩好的同学代替小组其他成员完成，有的小组成员则商定每次这样的作业由小组成员轮流完成。这样合作学习还是没能真正地实现。
三、如何合理安排每个单元。
按照“新课标”，每个单元大约花十个课时，可在实际操作过程中，我们常常发现时间不够。
我们都有一个美好的愿望: 学好英语，邀游英语世界。很多同学想知道:高中英语到底该如何学？
首先大家要明确的一个观点就是：英语是不能速成的，学好英语没有捷径可走。有些同学不愿吃苦，只顾投机取巧，钻研方法和技巧，不愿在学习内容上花时间和精力，这部分同学首先要解决的是态度问题。外语学习的过程是练功夫的过程，需要长期坚持不懈的努力。只有端正态度，勤奋和长期坚持，再加上科学的适合自己的学习方法，我们的英语成绩才会进步。
一、积极参与课堂活动。我们现在使用的高中英语教材是新教材，课文短小口语化，主题贴近现实生活，课文中设计了内容丰富并与主题相关的听、说、读、写等开放性的任务型活动和探究性学习的内容。新教材重点强调学生动口动手，而不是死记单词和语法规则。课堂上我们一定要听从老师的指挥，积极参与对话、讨论，发言，要敢于开口，不怕出错，珍惜课堂上的每一分钟，不放弃每一次用英语交流的机会；不会说的也要说。要讲好英语就是要胆子大,脸皮厚。英语是一门实践性很强的学科，只有大胆实践，才能提高交流能力。
我们要在听力、口语、阅读、写作四项技能上全面发展，听说领仿旁含先。高一年级在头2个月我们主要以训练听与说的能力为主，以后逐步加大阅读和书面表达训练。
